Ventureslink Management Solutions Inc. (VMSI) proudly participated in the team building event for promoters organized by Panasonic Manufacturing Philippines Corporation (PMPC). Held in the province of Iba, Zambales, this is the 1st Team Building held exclusively for Central Luzon Sales Promoters.
The event brought together key representatives from PMPC, including Mr. Adrian Castro from Trade Marketing and Ms. Ma. Arlen Corporal, Regional Manager for Luzon. Also in attendance were representatives from PMPC’s partner agencies and Ventureslink’s own delegates: Mr. Martin Marasigan, President and COO; Ms. Shana Alcoriza, Assistant Vice President; Ms. Shai Valid, Operations Manager; along with Supervisors Ms. Claribel Mendoza and Mr. Bryant Sanchez.
Held from April 21 to 22, 2025, in Zambales, the event kicked off with warm opening remarks from Mr. Adrian Castro and Ms. Ma. Arlen Corporal.
Mr. Martin Marasigan also took an active role by facilitating a soft skills training session aimed at enhancing the interpersonal and professional capabilities of the promoters.
The event featured a series of interactive games designed to test and strengthen teamwork, communication, and collaboration among participants. These activities not only fostered camaraderie but also highlighted the importance of working as a cohesive unit in achieving shared goals.
An awarding ceremony followed, celebrating the hard work and achievements of outstanding promoters who have consistently gone above and beyond in their roles.
To cap off the event, a fellowship night was held, giving everyone the chance to unwind, connect, and celebrate the spirit of unity and collaboration.
