Incorporated in Metro Manila, we started doing business as a manpower agency providing marketing services to a global major in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.

We have grown to become a major player in the service industry.  Coupled with our vast experiences in the business, our accreditations with DOLE – from D.O. 18-A to D.O. 174-17 – equipped us to soar high in a tightly regulated industry.   We took in major clients as part of our portfolio and steadily increased deployment levels and service coverage in the retail and merchandising industries.

Our expanded capability has included market research, trading area surveys and retail site audits – services that we have provided to clients in various sectors.  Not only into manpower, we have matured into a competent and strong service provider in the areas of marketing, merchandising, promotions, training and people development.

When the pandemic crippled the country’s businesses and pushed millions of workers out of job, we stood our grounds, although shaken as everybody was.  We assisted our displaced people despite our own limitations.  And in the same breath, we assured clients of support in recovering lost ground.

And these are what differentiate us from the other industry players:  We are the only agency with fully integrated time and attendance system, with a dedicated team of Compliance Managers that ensures business processes are within mandated rules, and above all, the only agency that provides deployed employees with FREE HMO/Personal Insurance and AD&D coverages.

Onwards, and through the years

Incorporated as Ventureslink International Inc. with license to operate as a manpower agency and as a Private Recruitment and Placement Agency (PRPA).

Appointed as the Area Activation Agency (AAA) to serve Unilever Philippines, Inc., Unilever Foods Philippines and Unilever RFM Ice Cream, Inc.

Appointed as Unilever’s Food Distributor based in Tagum City, Davao del Norte.

Appointed as Unilever’s HPC Distributor based in Digos City, Davao del Sur.

Contracted by Smartmatic-TIM Inc. to provide nationwide training services and deployment of technical personnel in 5 regions in support of the Philippine’s First Automated National and Local Elections in 2010.

Amended its corporate name to become Ventureslink Manpower Services, Inc.

Accredited as a Service Contractor to operate under Department of Labor and Employment’s D.O. 18-A.

Started to provide marketing and other manpower services to various clients whose business operations are located all over the country’s major towns and cities.

Contracted again by Smartmatic-TIM Inc. to provide services similar to those in 2010 elections – delivery of nationwide technical training and deployment of supervisors and technicians to 5 regions. In addition, was tapped to provide manpower to Smartmatic warehouse in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna.

In alignment with its new marketing strategy and positioning, corporate name was further amended to Ventureslink Management Solutions, Inc.

Renewal of accreditation as a Service Contractor under Department of Labor and Employment’s D.O. 174-17.
