With the effect of the continuing surge of COVID-19 cases being felt all over the country for more than a year now, VENTURESLINK (or VMSI) sustains its service excellence within the parameters and guidelines of the new normal working environment.
As companies and businesses employ necessary adjustments to resume operations over the past and current years, a number of protocols were put in place by the IATF, DOH and DOLE among others to ensure the prevention and control of the spread of COVID-19 are enforced and complied with. Since the emergence of the pandemic, we have sustained strides and initiatives to support our workforce by:

- Providing FREE face masks and face shields to our deployed employees;
- Complying with and successfully processing the subsidy programs for our deployed employees nationwide as set by concerned government;
- Providing support and medical assistance to employees who were exposed to or have contracted the virus;
- Placing foot baths, alcohol, sanitizer, and disinfectant in our offices and work areas;
- Requiring employees who physically report to the office to accomplish the standard Health Declaration Forms to screen for symptoms and determine history of travel/exposure within the last 14 days;
- Putting in place a dynamic work arrangement and schedules to cover all our personnel.
For this year, we reinvented and retooled our business operations with new initiatives designed to give more value to our employees’ safety and well-being:
- We have automated our attendance system with BundyPro, the only fully integrated “Time-and-Attendance System” in the country that was developed for the manpower industry.
- We provide FREE HMO and AD&D Insurance to our regular employees.
- We are implementing online recruitment programs through various channels and networks to lessen, if not totally avoid face-to-face interactions.
- We have a dedicated Compliance Management Team that helps ensure that our business operations are within the guidelines set by the government-mandated institutions such as DOLE, SSS, IATF and the like.
