Ventureslink Management Solutions, Inc. is proud to announce the launch of Everyday HERO 2.0+! Get ready for a BIGGER and BETTER rewards and incentives from February to December 2024. It is our way of honoring the hard work and dedication of our employees, who go above and beyond every day to provide for their families. All active deployed employees of Ventureslink as of Feb. 1, 2024, including those that will be deployed thereafter until December 2024 are all qualified in this program. From February to December, Ventureslink employees will receive and collect e-tickets through their HERO Wallets for a chance to win more than P500,000 worth of cash & incentives. Number of tickets to be received will be based on the criteria set by VMSI from perfect attendance, employee and client referrals, leadership, sales target achievement and many more!
To qualify:
- You must be an active employee of Ventureslink as of Feb. 1, 2024
- All newly hired personnel from Feb. will automatically qualify
- Employees must like, follow and subscribe to Ventureslink’s official social media pages;

Mechanics:
- All qualified employees will earn 11-digit tickets based on the criteria provided by Ventureslink
- Tickets will be sent electronically via SMS and Facebook Messenger; A designated e-wallet will also be given to each employee to view and monitor his/her ticket numbers
- If the ticket holder resigns or leaves the company during the duration of the program, his/her tickets shall be automatically removed from the system and shall not be qualified to win in both monthly and grand raffles
- Monthly raffle winners will be announced every 1st – 3rd day of the succeeding month on VMSI’s Official Facebook Page
- Midyear and Grand raffle winners will be drawn live via Ventureslink’s official YouTube channel in July and December 2024
- Raffle winners will receive their cash prizes and incentives through their payroll accounts
- Grand raffle winner and Employee of the Year will be invited to an all-expense paid trip to attend Ventureslink’s Christmas Party to receive their prizes

- Allows employees to avail of emergency salary loans from the company. It is a monetary loan provided to employees under VMSI that will be paid on installment basis. Provided for top performing employees in good standing in the company and their job assignment.
VMSI C.A.R.E.s – Cash Advance Relief for Employees
- Cash Advance Relief for Employees. Qualified employees may request for salary advances through their payroll accounts via AUB’s HelloMoney app upon meeting the specific qualifications. Another avenue of financial assistance for emergency and urgent needs for VMSI deployed employees.
