Ventureslink Operations Team handling Star Paper Corporation (SPC), conducted their onsite performance evaluation and store visitation for employees deployed in Metro Manila. Led by Account and Operations Manager, Ms. Shana Alcoriza, with Supervisors April Eliang and Evan Libay, the team went to visit key NCR stores such as SM Sta. Mesa, Robinsons Galleria, SM Megamall and Mall of Asia to check on the performances of our deployed employees under the SPC umbrella. They conducted performance audits, interviews as well as gather feedback from the store managers and personnel as part of the evaluation criteria. The activity is also aimed to ensure the well-being of our employees especially during this current pandemic. This has been part of VMSI’s commitment to its clients and its people that we truly have their backs in any situation. The team is set to take off again in the coming days to visit other stores within the Metro.
